Below are some simple liner size calculators for sizing your liner if you are trying to calculate how much lining you will need. This will only give you an approximate estimate, and we strongly urge you to contact Pond Lining Systems first before going ahead with an order.
SIZING YOUR LINER
- Take the pond depth (in metres, the average is 0.5m )
- Double it, and add 0.75m for overlaps.
- Add this sum to the maximum width and length of your pond. This will give you the minimum size of pond liner material you will need for your pond.
- Make sure your measurements include the depth on both sides, and ledges, and enough to go under the perimeter rocks (2m on each side and 5% for overlapping), or into an anchor trench.
